The role involves creating engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok, capturing photos and videos of lighting products and project highlights, creating short-form videos, reels and promotional content, designing social media posts and marketing materials, editing photos and videos, and coordinating with sales and project teams. Candidates need 1 to 3 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing, good photography and videography skills, experience with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Premiere Pro, and a portfolio of previous work is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok
- Develop creative content ideas to showcase lighting products, lighting solutions and completed projects
- Capture photos and videos of lighting products, showroom displays, site installations and project highlights
- Create short-form videos, reels, stories and promotional content to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Design social media posts, banners, brochures and other marketing materials
- Edit photos and videos to create visually appealing content that reflects our brand identity
- Write engaging captions, product descriptions and basic marketing copy for social media and other platforms
- Assist in planning and maintaining the monthly social media content calendar
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams to collect project information, product details, photos and videos
- Research current social media trends, creative ideas and content formats relevant to the lighting and interior design industry
- Showcase lighting products, smart lighting solutions, lighting control systems and project applications through creative content
- Assist in preparing content for product launches, exhibitions, company events and marketing campaigns
- Monitor social media engagement and assist in preparing basic performance reports
- Ensure all content follows the company's branding guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style
- Support the marketing team with other creative and promotional activities as required

- 1 to 3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing or a similar role
- Good knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok
