General Eligibility
- Relevant finance or accounting qualification
- Construction industry experience in the UAE is required for all roles
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills

Role-Specific Mandatory Requirements
- Finance Associate: 2 to 3 years of experience with banking relations, KYC, facility limits, LCs and guarantees
- Fixed Asset Accountant: 3 to 4 years of experience with fixed asset register, intercompany invoicing and month-end closing
- Management Accountant: 4 to 5 years of experience with management reporting, budgeting, project profitability and group consolidation
- Accounting Clerk: 1 to 2 years of experience with ERP entries, payables and receivables and reconciliations. Female Filipino nationality preferred
- Con-Current Auditor: 3 to 4 years of experience with internal audit, procurement and project audits and ERP controls. CIA certification preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- CIA certification for the Con-Current Auditor role
- Female Filipino nationality preferred for the Accounting Clerk role
- Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CMA or CPA
- Experience with ERP systems and financial controls in construction environments
