Job Summary
Rove Group, established in 1997 with operations across the MENA region and India in manufacturing, MEP works, building automation and LV and MV switchgear, is hiring an experienced Sales Engineer for Switchgear in Dubai. The role involves selling LV switchgear panels to contractors, consultants and developers, preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with design and estimation teams, and ensuring compliance with UAE authority standards including DEWA, ADQC, SEWA and EWE. Candidates need a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in LV switchgear sales, and a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales of LV switchgear panels to contractors, consultants and developers
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Review RFQs, drawings and specifications to prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with design and estimation teams for accurate costing and submissions
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms and close sales
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority standards (DEWA, ADQC, SEWA, EWE) in proposals
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline tracking and market updates

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in LV switchgear sales is mandatory

- Excellent communication, negotiation and client management skills
- Valid UAE driving license
Preferred Qualifications
