Job Overview
Job Summary
Acme Intralog Fzco, a leading material handling and warehouse automation solution provider founded in 1975 with headquarters in Dubai, is recruiting a Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager for its UAE operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of warehouse or stores experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, with JAFZA experience preferred. Strong skills in warehouse operations, inventory control, team leadership, stock accuracy and process improvement are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage warehouse teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Control and maintain accurate inventory records across all storage locations
- Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits and reconciliation
- Drive process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics and service teams to meet operational targets
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety and compliance standards
- Train, mentor and supervise warehouse staff to build a high-performing team
