Job Summary
REDCON International is hiring high-caliber professionals for their mega projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Chief Procurement Officer, Procurement Director, Senior MEP Procurement Engineer, Protection & T&C Engineer, and a Senior Payroll Officer. GCC experience is highly preferred. Immediate joiners are required for these roles.

Qualifications & Requirements
Chief Procurement Officer
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Finance; MBA preferred
- 20+ years of progressive procurement leadership experience
- Proven experience managing significant procurement spend and complex supplier networks
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, contracts, negotiations, and supplier management
- GCC experience is highly preferred
Procurement Director
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Finance
- 15+ years of procurement leadership and transformation experience
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, analytics, and governance
- GCC experience is highly preferred
Senior MEP Procurement Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 10 to 15 years of progressive technical and procurement experience
- Proven expertise in handling major MEP packages, vendor negotiations, and technical submittals
- Strong background in BOQs, cost estimation, pricing, and contract review
- GCC construction experience is highly preferred
Protection & T&C Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (SCE registration preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Substation Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance (MV, HV, EHV)
- Hands-on expertise with Numerical Protection Relays (ABB, Siemens, GE, SEL)
- Proficient in parameterization tools, scheme modifications, and testing all major equipment
Senior Payroll Officer
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 4-5 years of experience as a Senior Payroll Officer or in a similar role
- Previous experience in the construction industry (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience managing payroll for both Saudi Arabia and Egypt
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
