Job Summary
Al Eslah General Contracting is hiring a senior Project Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead delivery of high and medium rise building projects of 2B+G+10 scale. The role demands strong end-to-end ownership across planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation and stakeholder coordination.
The successful candidate will be a native Arabic speaker fluent in English, with 15+ years in the construction industry and demonstrable success leading similar building projects in the UAE. Immediate joiners will be given strong preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee high/medium rise building projects from initiation through to completion and handover.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation across all disciplines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and local authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure full compliance with project specifications, quality standards and safety regulations on site.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational issues as they arise.
- Review project reports, contracts, variations and overall project documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and approved quality standards.
- Lead and supervise project teams to achieve project objectives efficiently and safely.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the construction industry.
- Proven project delivery experience on high or medium rise buildings of 2B+G+10 scale.
- Native Arabic speaker — fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong working knowledge of UAE construction authorities, codes and approval processes.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience managing variations, claims and budgets on large building projects.
- Recognised certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, NEBOSH or equivalent are an advantage.
