Job Summary
Ebonite Decor LLC is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join its growing team in the interior fit-out industry in Dubai. The role focuses on supporting the smooth delivery of fit-out projects across retail, commercial, banking and hospitality sectors.
The successful candidate will be an engineering graduate with 2 years of UAE fit-out experience, strong coordination and communication skills, and a passion for delivering quality projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities between site teams, design, procurement and management for assigned interior fit-out projects.
- Support project managers in tracking project timelines, milestones, material deliveries and approvals.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including transmittals, RFIs, material submittals, drawings and minutes of meetings.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups.
- Assist in resolving on-site coordination issues and escalate critical concerns to project leadership in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline).
- 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong coordination, planning and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain detailed project documentation and follow-ups under tight deadlines.
Preferred
- Hands-on exposure to retail, hospitality, banking or institutional fit-out projects.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera or similar.
