Job Summary
Ebonite Decor LLC is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to support its growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining quality standards across interior fit-out projects in retail, commercial, banking, hospitality and institutional sectors.
The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of carpentry works and finishes, mandatory UAE fit-out experience and the ability to coordinate effectively on site to deliver consistently high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures across interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and client expectations.
- Inspect carpentry, joinery and finishing works on site against approved shop drawings and material samples.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors and consultants to resolve quality issues and snag lists.
- Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation including inspection records, NCRs, material approvals and handover records.
- Support project handovers by ensuring all snags are closed and final finishes meet Ebonite Decor's quality benchmarks.

Mandatory Requirements
- Prior experience in an Interior Fit-Out company.
- Strong working knowledge of carpentry works and a wide range of finishes.
- UAE experience is mandatory — non-UAE candidates will not be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain quality standards and provide effective site coordination.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical or related Engineering disciplines.
- Recognised QA/QC certifications such as ISO 9001 internal auditor, NEBOSH/IOSH or Lead Auditor credentials are an advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be at a strong advantage during shortlisting.
