Job Summary
Alpha Data is looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Receivable Officer to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on tracking bank guarantees, monitoring order approvals in CRM, managing client collections, generating daily SOA reports, coordinating guarantee cancellations and maintaining accurate AR records.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain active bank guarantee records with accurate documentation.
- Track expiry dates and gather information from departments to prevent guarantee lapses.
- Collect open accounts receivable items for assigned clients.
- Follow up with sales and project teams when projects are complete to initiate guarantee cancellation.
- Process guarantee cancellation requests with required client documentation.
- Approve customer orders in Vikas system based on the mandatory checklist.
- Log into banks and generate daily SOA reports.
- Manage cheque deposits.
- Ensure timely guarantee expiry alerts and maintain accurate AR records.
