Job Summary
Al Naboodah Construction Group LLC, an established UAE construction group delivering civil works, infrastructure and building projects, is recruiting an experienced Senior Estimator and a Quantity Surveyor for major and complex civil infrastructure projects in the UAE. The Senior Estimator role requires 7 to 12 years of estimating and pre-contracts experience on major civil infrastructure tenders, while the Quantity Surveyor role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant quantity surveying experience within civil infrastructure, roads or highways. Airport infrastructure experience is an added advantage for both positions.

- 7 to 12 years of experience in estimating and pre-contracts
- Major civil infrastructure tenders covering roads, highways, bridges, utilities, drainage and earthworks
- Quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost planning and detailed pricing
- Cost build-ups and pricing strategies
- Supplier and subcontractor quotations and market pricing
- Tender qualifications, assumptions, exclusions and clarifications
- Construction methodologies and sequencing
- Identifying commercial, contractual and construction risks
- Tender reviews, negotiations and post-tender clarifications
- Leading or mentoring Estimators
- CCS or similar estimating software, plus advanced Excel
Quantity Surveyor Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry
- Experience within civil infrastructure, roads, highways or similar major projects
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs and methods of measurement
- Experience with measurement, valuations, variations and claims
- Experience managing subcontractor and supplier commercial matters
- Good understanding of cost control and commercial reporting
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Airport infrastructure experience, particularly across runways, taxiways, airport utilities, drainage or other major airport infrastructure projects
- Experience across roads, highways, bridges, utilities, drainage or earthworks for the Quantity Surveyor role
