Job Summary
Zaychem International Trading WLL is looking for a Merchandiser to join its growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in Home Care, Detergents, and Personal Care products, along with a valid Qatar driving licence. The role focuses on ensuring excellent product visibility, shelf placement, and maintaining strong relationships with retail staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent product visibility, shelf placement, and merchandising across retail outlets.
- Maintain attractive product displays in supermarkets, hypermarkets, and other retail channels.
- Monitor stock availability, shelf replenishment, and product rotation.
- Ensure proper implementation of planograms and promotional displays.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve product availability and market presence.
