Job Summary
GMCC Group is seeking a Fit-out Engineer to execute, supervise, and coordinate fit-out and finishing works across construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The role requires ensuring compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards while maintaining safety and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in interior finishing and site supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fit-out and finishing activities at project sites.
- Monitor flooring, ceiling, partitioning, painting, joinery, doors, glazing, and other interior finishing works.
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, MEP, and other project teams to resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, supervisors, and site workers to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor work progress, material requirements, manpower, and installation schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects and non-conforming works.
- Assist in quantity take-offs, material estimation, and cost monitoring.
- Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests, and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and applicable Saudi regulations.
- Must be in snagging, final inspections, and project handover activities.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fit-out and finishing works within construction or contracting companies.
- Practical experience in interior finishing, material installation, and site supervision.
- Good knowledge of architectural drawings, shop drawings, construction materials, and finishing techniques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and relevant engineering software.
Preferred
