The role requires 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil and Gas, Engineering or Fabrication industry, a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant QA/QC experience. Responsibilities include electrical inspection, testing and quality control, maintaining QA/QC procedures, ITPs and inspection reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant international standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical inspection, testing and quality control activities on project sites
- Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and inspection reports
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and project specifications
- Verify electrical installations against relevant international standards
- Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation and records for audits
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants and clients on quality-related matters
- Identify non-conformances and support corrective and preventive actions
- Support the QA/QC Manager with quality reporting and client inspections
