Job Summary
Dubuild Real Estate Developer, a dynamic construction and development company established as a natural evolution from Al Hashemi Engineering Consultant with over 40 years of engineering legacy and more than 500 completed projects in Dubai, is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, a minimum of 3 years of UAE accounting experience, and experience in real estate and property management is preferred. Candidates must be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, have strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting, and experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and financial statements. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting standards
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and Excel-based trackers
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with internal teams on billing, payments and property-related accounting queries
- Support audits and maintain strong internal financial controls
