Job Summary
Hotington Construction Contracting is expanding its Dubai operations and is looking for three key professionals: an experienced Accountant to manage daily financial operations, an Interior/CAD Designer to coordinate designs and materials, and a Civil Engineer to oversee on-site civil works. Each role requires specific qualifications and offers the opportunity to work on large-scale residential fit-out projects.

Accountant Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional accounting experience (UAE/Dubai preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, tax procedures, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP) and advanced MS Excel.
Interior / CAD Designer Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software is preferred.
- Good command of English and Chinese.

Civil Engineer Requirements
