The role supports daily accounting operations, financial records, invoices, payments and other finance-related activities. Candidates need a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience as an Accountant Assistant or in a similar role, good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office, and knowledge of accounting software is preferred. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and finance activities
- Maintain invoices, receipts, payments and financial records
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and reports
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Support the finance team with day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks
- Maintain accurate records in accounting software and Excel trackers
- Support month-end closing activities and documentation
