Job Overview
Job Summary
NRTC Holding Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Warehouse Activation to lead warehouse setup and operational readiness initiatives. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of warehouse management and activation experience, ideally within Cold Store, 3PL, FMCG, or E-Commerce environments. A degree in Engineering or Supply Chain, along with PMP or equivalent certification, is required. Candidates must be UAE-based or willing to relocate, with immediate availability preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end warehouse activation projects from planning to operational handover
- Manage warehouse setup, including layout design, equipment procurement, and systems integration
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, IT, and facility management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Oversee training and onboarding of warehouse staff
- Monitor and report project progress to senior management
