Key Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and post supplier invoices and credit notes
- Match invoices with POs, contracts, and receiving documents
- Prepare supplier payments and reconcile statements
- Maintain AP ledgers and monitor aging reports
- Process employee expenses and petty cash
- Support month-end/year-end closing and audits
- Ensure VAT, tax, and internal-control compliance
- Resolve supplier and payment queries
