Job Summary
Jazal Engineering is looking for an experienced Payroll Executive to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of UAE payroll experience and can independently manage the complete payroll cycle for 1,500+ employees, including site-based workers and staff. Construction industry payroll experience is a significant advantage. Immediate joiners are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete payroll processing for 1,500+ employees
- Verify attendance and overtime records
- Prepare WPS and SIF for payroll processing
- Perform payroll reconciliation and ensure accuracy
- Process leave salaries, advances, and final settlements
- Calculate end-of-service benefits and gratuity
- Prepare payroll reports and management dashboards
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE requirements
- Support audit activities and maintain payroll records
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Payroll Executive vacancy must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of UAE payroll experience
- Experience handling payroll for 1,000+ employees is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of WPS, SIF preparation, UAE Labour Law and MOHRE requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and payroll reconciliations
Eligibility
- Construction industry payroll experience will be a significant advantage
- Experience with ERP, HRMS, or payroll software
- Strong numerical accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines
