Concordia is hiring an MEP Supervisor with experience in residential and commercial towers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in FM Operations, strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance, and experience with CAFM system operations. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise MEP maintenance operations for residential and commercial towers.
- Manage building maintenance and ensure optimal performance of MEP systems.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance reports and documentation.
- Operate and manage CAFM systems for efficient facilities management.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
