Job Summary
A Service Supervisor at Al Ghandi Auto oversees the daily operations of the service reception while also performing Service Advisor duties. The role supports customers by understanding and documenting vehicle service requirements, ensuring accurate communication with workshop teams for inspection and repair. As a key support to the Reception Manager, the Service Supervisor drives exceptional customer service, coordinates workflow between Reception, Workshop, and CRM teams, and ensures compliance with company policies, OEM standards, and operational KPIs to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive aftersales or service operations.
- Bachelor or Diploma of Engineering or equivalent.
- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and aftersales operations.
- Strong understanding of automotive technologies, industry trends, and manufacturer service standards.
- Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and other automotive service management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
