Job Summary
Mobisat IT Solutions L.L.C is seeking a proactive and experienced IT Executive to join our team and manage our organization's IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and day-to-day technical operations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant IT experience in the UAE, with mandatory expertise in enterprise ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP, or ERPNext.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Administer, support, and troubleshoot ERP systems to ensure smooth business operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, operating systems, and business applications.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Support CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, access control systems, and IP telephony.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices, backup solutions, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Provide timely technical support to end users and coordinate with software vendors when required.
- Maintain IT documentation, software licenses, and IT asset inventory.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this IT Executive vacancy in UAE must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant IT experience in the UAE
- Mandatory experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP, ERPNext, or similar enterprise ERP platforms
- Hands-on experience in ERP implementation, user support, troubleshooting, reporting, and system administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, networking, and cybersecurity
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL databases, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), and cloud technologies
- South Indian nationality preferred
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
