Job Summary
We Dot Group FZE is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tour Package Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the tours and travel industry. The role involves designing and customizing tour packages, handling inquiries on holiday packages, visas, hotels, flights and transportation, preparing quotations and itineraries, converting leads into sales, and managing bookings and travel documentation. The ideal candidate has knowledge of UAE inbound and outbound tour packages, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets. The salary starts from AED 3,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and customize tour packages as per customer requirements.
- Handle inquiries related to holiday packages, visas, hotels, flights and transportation.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers and travel partners.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries and travel plans, and follow up with clients to convert leads into sales.
- Manage bookings, confirmations and travel documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service throughout the travel journey.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations and tourism regulations, and support sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
