Job Summary

Proton Electromechanical Contracting LLC is seeking a highly professional and experienced female Secretary and Executive Business Manager to support executive management and oversee administrative and business coordination activities. The role covers calendar and travel management, official correspondence, client and government coordination, report and presentation preparation, and confidential document management. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and is fluent in both Arabic and English. The position is based in Ras Al Khaimah, with a remote work option available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing executive calendars, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Handling all official correspondence, emails, reports and business communications.
  • Coordinating with clients, suppliers, government entities and internal departments.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, meeting minutes and executive documents.
  • Organizing company records, contracts and confidential documentation.
