Job Overview
Job Summary
Zarco Group is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Officer / IT Administrator to join its team in Abu Dhabi and support day-to-day IT operations. The role covers technical support, Active Directory and user account management, Microsoft 365, networking, CCTV systems, company website management, system security, backups and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate holds a Degree or Diploma in IT or a related field with strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking and cybersecurity. Immediate joining is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot hardware, software, network and email issues.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, user accounts, permissions and group policies.
- Install, configure and maintain computers, printers and other IT equipment.
- Manage and update the company website and web content as required.
- Install, configure and maintain CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system security and data protection.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Outlook and other business applications.
- Perform system backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and support services.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory and licensing records.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals.
