A leading restaurant group in the UAE, recruiting through Tres Versatile Consultancy, is seeking an experienced Purchase Manager based in Dubai. The role manages procurement activities for restaurant operations, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, monitoring inventory, creating purchase orders, ensuring food safety compliance and coordinating closely with kitchen and operations teams. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry. The salary is AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month, working 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, six days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for restaurant operations.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality products at competitive prices.
- Maintain strong knowledge of food ingredients, vendor networks and market pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Create and manage purchase orders, track deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper storage requirements.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and operations teams to support daily business needs.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
