The ideal candidate has strong Head Chef experience specializing in Indian cuisine, with North Indian preferred, and can manage kitchen operations independently. Salary is AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month, with visa and medical insurance provided. GCC/UAE experience is preferred, though strong India experience will also be considered.
