Job Summary
Lutfi Group of Companies is hiring a qualified Smart Home Engineer in Dubai to support its smart home and automation business. The role focuses on installation, configuration and technical support across smart home, automation, CCTV, intercom, networking and ELV systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers with strong technical knowledge and experienced engineers who want to grow within an established UAE group operating across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of smart home systems, lighting control and home automation devices.
- Provide technical support and on-site troubleshooting for installed smart home and ELV systems.
- Coordinate site activities and handle clients during installation, commissioning and after-sales service.
- Ensure proper functioning of automation systems, networking devices and integrated solutions.
- Support sales and project teams with technical inputs, site surveys and end-user demonstrations as required.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.
- Good working knowledge of Smart Home products and Automation systems.
- Hands-on understanding of CCTV, Intercom, Networking, ELV and Home Automation systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Exposure to leading smart home platforms such as KNX, Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Schneider, Honeywell or similar.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with confidence handling clients on site.
