Job Summary
Ebonite Decor LLC is seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to prepare accurate project estimates, quotations, BOQs, tender submissions, and value engineering proposals for interior fit-out projects in Dubai. This role is suitable for candidates with strong cost analysis knowledge, tender documentation experience, and the ability to support procurement and project handover activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review drawings, BOQ, and tender documents for interior fit-out projects.
- Prepare accurate project cost estimates and client quotations.
- Handle quantity take-off and rate analysis for project pricing.
