Job Overview
Job Summary
ECCI is expanding and seeks an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join its finance team. The role demands strong expertise across financial reporting, manufacturing cost accounting, VAT compliance and end-to-end accounting operations within a quality-driven manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting financial excellence and operational success, working across audit coordination, inventory and production costing, management reporting and budgeting in a mission-critical defence and aerospace supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Manage manufacturing cost accounting including inventory valuation, production costing and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and applicable UAE regulations.
- Handle UAE VAT return filing and support Corporate Tax compliance and reporting.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, providing required documentation and explanations.
- Prepare management reports, budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes, internal controls and reporting accuracy.

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and UAE financial regulations.
- Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Experience in manufacturing cost accounting, inventory and production costing.
- UAE VAT return filing experience and demonstrated Corporate Tax compliance support.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly industries.
