Job Summary
BKA Facilities Management is hiring an FM Coordinator responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing work orders, monitoring SLA performance and acting as the primary communication link between the Call Centre and the FM Operations Team.
The role also involves managing customer interactions, coordinating maintenance services and handling service requests across residential and commercial properties to ensure smooth operations and a high level of tenant satisfaction across BKA FM's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with technical teams and contractors for the timely resolution of maintenance requests.
- Communicate with tenants regarding service updates, access requirements and work schedules.
- Manage and monitor work orders and service requests through the CAFM system.
- Prepare and share reports on service performance, SLA compliance and work order status.
- Handle and escalate operational issues such as material shortages, access issues, manpower requirements, safety concerns and tenant complaints.
- Arrange access for maintenance and preventive maintenance activities in coordination with tenants.
- Provide performance analysis and breakdown reports to the Operations Team and FM Management.

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in a similar FM coordination or helpdesk role.
- Hands-on experience working with CAFM systems.
