Job Summary
Niagra International Wood Industry LLC is hiring a full-fledged Senior Accountant in Sharjah to take ownership of the complete accounting cycle covering accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functions for its manufacturing operations.
The successful candidate will manage financial reporting, monthly closing, VAT compliance and audit coordination, while working independently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete accounting cycle including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger functions.
- Handle financial reporting and monthly closing activities with accuracy and on time.
- Prepare VAT filings and ensure full compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and banking transactions, including reconciliations and fund management.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of accounting experience within the UAE.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally and ERP accounting systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and complex formulas.
- Practical experience with UAE VAT filings and financial reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and consistently meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, joinery or interiors-related business is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE Corporate Tax requirements is a plus.
General Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
