Job Summary
Seabreeze Logistics is hiring a driven and experienced Head of Sales in Dubai to lead its commercial team and take the freight forwarding business to the next level. This is a senior leadership mandate with full ownership of sales strategy, team development and accountability for gross profit growth and market expansion across the UAE and the wider GCC region.
The successful candidate will lead from the front, build strategic relationships with key shippers and importers, and work directly with senior leadership to shape and scale the sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and scale the sales team — setting targets, reviewing performance and developing talent.
- Drive gross profit growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients across freight forwarding, logistics and supply chain.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Identify and capture new market opportunities — new lanes, verticals and customer segments.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery consistently matches what is sold.
- Report directly to senior leadership with clear weekly and monthly performance data.

- 10 to 15 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain sales.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years in a sales leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding GP targets — candidates must bring the numbers.
- Deep working knowledge of the UAE and GCC logistics market.
Preferred Skills
- Strong network of relationships across importers, exporters or key shippers in the region.
- Ability to lead from the front — this is not a desk role and requires active client engagement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-level.
