Job Summary
Al Nabooda Itiology LLC is hiring an experienced and dynamic ELV Supervisor to join its growing project delivery team in Dubai. The role focuses on leading on-site execution of ELV projects, coordinating with consultants and clients, and ensuring all installation and commissioning activities meet specifications, timelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage ELV site activities and lead on-site technical teams across multiple project locations.
- Ensure installation and commissioning activities are completed in line with project specifications, drawings and agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors and clients to align on scope, delivery milestones and approvals.
- Monitor project progress, quality of workmanship, HSE compliance and adherence to applicable installation standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site documentation, snag lists and other technical records for internal and client reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this ELV Supervisor vacancy in Dubai must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ELV systems, preferably in the UAE or Gulf region.
- Strong working knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA/VA, SMATV, BMS and Fire Alarm systems.
- Good understanding of ELV installation standards, testing procedures and project execution workflows.
Preferred Skills
- Strong leadership, communication and troubleshooting skills with ability to manage multi-discipline site teams.
- Familiarity with UAE consultant approval processes and authority requirements such as Civil Defence and SIRA.
- Experience working on hospitality, healthcare, commercial or government projects is an advantage.
