Job Summary
Seabreeze Logistics is looking for a CRM Manager to drive inbound lead conversion, customer retention, complaint escalation and customer care team performance for DROP in Dubai. The role requires hands-on CRM execution, WhatsApp and call-based campaigns, KPI tracking and multilingual customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Work every Meta and inbound lead, ensuring first contact within 2 hours and systematic follow-up until converted or closed.
- Run WhatsApp and call-based reactivation campaigns for lapsed customers.
- Lead and coach the customer care team with daily targets and weekly performance reviews.
- Own complaint escalations end-to-end and ensure timely customer resolution.
- Maintain CRM records, build automated follow-up sequences and deliver weekly dashboards.

Mandatory Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in CRM, telesales, customer retention or team leadership.
- Proven track record managing a team against measurable KPIs.

- Fluent communication skills in English, Malayalam and Hindi.
- Available to join immediately in Dubai, Al Quoz.
