Prime Class Businessmen Services is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant in Dubai to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the wider finance function. The role covers AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, invoicing and bookkeeping for a professional business services environment.
This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of accounting experience to build their career. Candidates on Spouse Visa or Dependent Visa are particularly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations across the business.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) end to end.
- Maintain the General Ledger (GL) with accurate journal entries and supporting documentation.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.
- Manage invoicing, billing and customer collections follow-ups.
- Handle bookkeeping and financial record management in line with internal procedures.
- Support monthly accounts closing, reporting activities and audit preparation.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements
- Strong proficiency in core accounting practices, financial reporting and budget management.
- Hands-on exposure to Accounts Receivable processes and customer reconciliations.
- Good understanding of UAE tax compliance and general financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books or similar.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Professional qualifications such as M.Com, CMA, ACCA or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in business services, consulting or a related industry.
