DMT Middle East is mobilising a supervision team for an ongoing Marine Construction Project in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, and is seeking qualified professionals for two open positions — Site Marine Engineer and Marine Inspector. Both roles require demonstrable hands-on experience in jetty and revetment works.
Successful candidates will join a project team supervising marine and coastal infrastructure works including quay walls, breakwaters and shoreline protection, working alongside contractors, consultants and client representatives. Candidates available to mobilise immediately will be given preference.

The ideal candidates for these marine supervision vacancies in Ras Al Khaimah must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory — Site Marine Engineer
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant professional experience in marine construction projects.
- Mandatory experience in supervision of jetty and revetment works.
- Proven experience in construction supervision of marine and coastal infrastructure including quay walls, breakwaters and shoreline protection.
- Strong working knowledge of method statements, project specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants and client representatives.
Mandatory — Marine Inspector
- Relevant experience in inspection and supervision of marine civil works.
- Mandatory exposure to jetty and revetment construction activities.
- Hands-on experience in site inspections, monitoring workmanship and materials, and verifying compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, marine construction standards and HSE regulations.
Preferred
- UAE/GCC project experience will be preferred for the Site Marine Engineer and is considered an advantage for the Marine Inspector.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Marine or Coastal Engineering or a related discipline.
