Job Summary
Al Turath Engineering Consultant is hiring a Resident Engineer and supporting Civil and Utility Inspectors to strengthen its supervision teams on active Dubai projects covering infrastructure, roads, utilities and buildings.
All three positions require strong UAE consultant-side supervision experience, familiarity with local authorities and approvals, and the ability to manage contractors, quality and HSE compliance on site. Qualified candidates are invited to apply through the Google Form or by email.

The ideal candidates for these engineering supervision vacancies in Dubai must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory — Resident Engineer
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on Dubai project experience in a consultant or supervision role.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of Dubai authorities such as RTA, DM, DEWA, Trakhees, DDA and Dubai Municipality approval processes.
- Proven ability to lead a site supervision team and manage contractors, consultants and client representatives.
Mandatory — Civil & Utility Inspectors
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Dubai inspection experience in civil works or utility networks respectively.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, applicable specifications and HSE regulations on Dubai sites.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and utility drawings accurately.
Preferred
- Prior experience with a Dubai-based consultancy is a strong advantage.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken; Arabic is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred for site mobility.
