All three positions require strong UAE consultant-side supervision experience, familiarity with local authorities and approvals, and the ability to manage contractors, quality and HSE compliance on site. Qualified candidates are invited to apply through the Google Form or by email.

Open Positions

Resident Engineer Senior supervision role responsible for managing the consultant's team on site, coordinating with contractors, sub-consultants and authorities, reviewing technical submissions, and ensuring delivery in line with project specifications, programme and quality standards. Minimum 10 years Dubai experience required.
Civil Inspector Responsible for day-to-day site inspection of civil works including roads, structures, footpaths, parking and ancillary works. Verifies workmanship, materials and dimensions against approved drawings and specifications, raises NCRs where required and maintains QA/QC records. Minimum 5 years Dubai experience required.
Utility Inspector Responsible for inspection and supervision of utility works including water, drainage, sewerage networks and related infrastructure. Coordinates with utility authorities, verifies installation, testing and commissioning activities, and maintains proper documentation. Minimum 5 years Dubai experience required.

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidates for these engineering supervision vacancies in Dubai must meet the following criteria:

Mandatory — Resident Engineer

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on Dubai project experience in a consultant or supervision role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong working knowledge of Dubai authorities such as RTA, DM, DEWA, Trakhees, DDA and Dubai Municipality approval processes.
  • Proven ability to lead a site supervision team and manage contractors, consultants and client representatives.

Mandatory — Civil & Utility Inspectors

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Dubai inspection experience in civil works or utility networks respectively.
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, applicable specifications and HSE regulations on Dubai sites.
  • Ability to read and interpret civil and utility drawings accurately.

Preferred

  • Prior experience with a Dubai-based consultancy is a strong advantage.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken; Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving licence is preferred for site mobility.
Important: Dubai experience is non-negotiable — 10 years for the Resident Engineer and 5 years for the Civil and Utility Inspectors. Candidates without Dubai project experience are unlikely to be shortlisted.
