Job Summary
OPPEIN UAE is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join its Dubai head office and manage the full accounting cycle for UAE operations, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi showrooms plus a growing project portfolio. The role covers accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, VAT, corporate tax, payroll, banking, financial reporting, and audit support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Manage VAT filing and corporate tax compliance in line with FTA requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
- Handle payroll processing through WPS and manage banking transactions.
- Support internal and external audits with complete and accurate documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Mandatory Requirements
- 3–6 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Experience in invoicing, payroll processing through WPS, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Good Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Must be available to join immediately.
- Must already be based in the UAE with relevant accounting experience.
General Eligibility
- Candidates on visit or tourist visa are not eligible.
- Should be able to manage accounting for multiple locations, including showroom and project operations.
- Experience in interior design, fit-out, retail, project-based accounting, or similar UAE business environments will be an advantage.
