Job Summary
Next Gear Auto Maintenance is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accountant cum Service Advisor to manage day-to-day accounting tasks while supporting customers with service appointments, repair estimates, invoices, and queries.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Generate invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage VAT filing and tax compliance.
- Complete bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage daily financial records.
Service Advisor
- Attend customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
- Schedule service appointments and estimate repair costs.

Administrative Support
