Job Summary
The Senior Accountant will manage full 360° accounting for a premium women and kids wellness destination in Dubai. The role covers revenue, expenses, payroll, petty cash, procurement, Odoo ERP accounting, reconciliations, VAT, payroll coordination, department-wise reporting, audits, month-end closing and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end 360° accounting including revenues, expenses, payroll, petty cash and procurement.
- Handle the complete accounting cycle in Odoo ERP with accurate cost center mapping.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of POS, cash, card and online payments.
- Manage bank, supplier, inventory and MIS reconciliations.
- Ensure UAE VAT compliance and support VAT reporting requirements.
- Coordinate payroll processing with HR, including attendance, deductions, end-of-service and incentives.
- Prepare department-wise financial reports for Spa, Salon, Kids, Fitness, Café and Boutique operations.
- Support audits, month-end closing and internal financial controls.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Senior Accountant vacancy in Dubai must meet the following criteria:
- 5+ years of accounting experience in hospitality, retail, wellness or multi-unit operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
- High accuracy, ownership and analytical ability.
- Education qualification should be M.Com, CPA, CA or ACCA.
- Ability to manage multi-department cost centers and operational financial reporting.
