Job Summary
Al Shirawi Enterprises LLC is seeking a Finance Manager to lead end-to-end accounts and finance operations in Dubai. The role covers monthly book closure, MIS reporting, financial reporting, annual budgeting, audit coordination, finance governance, ERP systems and financial performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end accounts and finance operations, including monthly book closure, MIS reporting, financial reporting, and annual budget preparation and review.
- Oversee accounting and finance activities in coordination with the Head of Department to maintain financial governance and smooth operational workflows.
- Collaborate with HODs, internal and external auditors, and senior management on financial matters, audit requirements and compliance activities.
- Monitor and control financial transactions across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Payroll.
- Review and approve payment vouchers, journal entries, credit notes, debit notes and employee settlements.
- Analyse monthly financial performance, expense provisions, profitability reports and budget variances.
- Prepare and circulate MIS reports, quarterly profitability updates and management presentations for leadership and board reviews.
- Maintain and optimise ERP and accounting systems such as Oracle or SAP for reporting, analysis and process improvement.
- Lead, guide and support finance teams to ensure compliant and efficient financial operations.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Chartered Accountant qualification with strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls and statutory compliance.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Accounts, Finance and auditing within large or diversified organisations.

- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Payroll and end-to-end finance processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to lead, guide and support finance teams.
