Nada Happiness Group is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our Packing Division operations in Oman.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership skills, hands-on production experience, and solid knowledge of HACCP & GMP standards within the food manufacturing industry.

Positions:
- Production Manager

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Muscat, Oman, your responsibilities may include:
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, supervise, and motivate production teams to achieve daily and long-term targets.
Quality Control & Safety
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP).
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain product quality and adherence to specifications.
Inventory & Equipment Management
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure materials are available for uninterrupted production.
- Ensure equipment is maintained, functional, and safe for operations.
Production Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and oversee production plans to ensure output meets schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Operations In-Charge – Production to plan and organize production shifts.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports.
- Report daily production activities, including output, waste, downtime, and operational issues.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Muscat, Oman, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in a food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with production machinery and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or shifts as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- First Aid / CPR or other safety certifications.
- Candidates preferred from the FMCG & Manufacturing Industry (Food & Spices) can apply.
- Candidates with GCC experience preferred.
