Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Broker. As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for : 

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients,
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Managing real estate transactions
• Negotiating contracts, and closing deals
• Analyzing market conditions and preparing market reports.

Requirements

• Real Estate, Real Property, and Brokerage knowledge
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience working as a Real Estate Broker
• Knowledge of legal regulations and laws pertaining to the Real Estate industry in Dubai
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields is preferred
