Responsibilities

• Checks incoming and outgoing shipments, item by item and quantity by quantity
• Confirms accuracy of packing slips, shipping Invoices, vouchers and back order
• Reporting  about parts and materials damaged in shipment to Branch In charge
• Manage the warehouse to keep be in good condition clean and well arranged.
• Create location for the new items and keep all the parts in proper location
• Check the branches order (move order) and arrange to send with necessary system updating. 
• Maintains files of Invoices, Vouchers, shipping orders and packing slips
• Conduct physical checking to keep stock status accurate.
• Cooperating with sales staff to support them achieve the target.
• Segregating the received items as stock or customer order for smooth supply

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holders, minimum 3 to 5 yrs experience in automobile industry
• Must be computer literate with good  Communication skills in English and Arabic
• Should manage all aspects of store operations and must control & improve the efficiency
• of stores Age not more than 35yrs.
