Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential.
• Provide personalized recommendations and information about our services, therapists, and offerings.
• Proactively promote and sell our wellness, eatery, and retreat services to individuals, groups, and corporate clients.
• Schedule therapist appointments, ensuring a seamless and efficient booking process.
• .Stay updated on the services, therapies, and treatments offered at the establishment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers, events, and packages.
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials and campaigns.
• Manage and report on cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Follow established procedures for handling payments and financial records.

Requirements

• MUST be highly professional & reliable
• MUST be professional and flexible hours
• MUST have 2 years minimum experience in Sales
• MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IN COLD CALLING
• MUST have experience in the wellness industry

WORKING SCHEDULE:

• 6 Days a week
• 1 Day Off
• Salary: AED 3000
