Job Summary
Watad Group is seeking a Storekeeper to manage inventory and store operations in Qatar. The role involves receiving materials, maintaining accurate records, issuing materials against requests, and conducting regular stock counts. Candidates must have a valid QID and NOC and be ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against invoices and delivery notes.
- Store materials properly in accordance with safety, quality, and company requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, either manually or through the inventory system.
- Issue materials against authorised requests and maintain proper issue records.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of replenishment requirements.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organisation of the store area.
- Prevent loss, damage, or misuse of materials.
- Coordinate with procurement and site/operations teams regarding material requirements.
- Prepare reports on stock movement, consumption, and available balances.
Qualifications & Requirements
