Abu Dhabi Medical Industries L.L.C. is looking for a Store Coordinator or Storekeeper to manage daily store operations in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the proper receipt, storage, issuance, and control of materials, tools, and equipment. Candidates with 2 to 3 years of storekeeping or inventory management experience and working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Maintain proper storage, labelling, and organization of materials.
- Record all material receipts, issues, returns, and stock transfers.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damaged items, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement, project teams, and site personnel regarding material requirements.
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Prepare material reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
- Update stock issue vouchers in the system for materials issued to production.
