Job Overview
Job Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Executive for Business Excellence to support business excellence initiatives across departments, including process improvement, KPI tracking, SOP implementation, and governance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement, optimization, and reengineering initiatives.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methods.
- Design and govern KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance systems.
- Ensure accurate, transparent operational and executive reporting.
- Track financial impact of improvement initiatives with Finance.
- Maintain management systems, policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Support audits, certifications, and closure of audit findings.
- Integrate sustainability, ESG, and risk management.
- Support digital transformation, ERP/SAP, analytics, and data-driven decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement culture and build internal capabilities.
