Job Summary
Jadara Home is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and prior experience in real estate, property brokerage, or general contracting is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial statements, monthly reports, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle UAE VAT, corporate tax, and related compliance requirements.
- Manage payroll accounting, monitor cash flow, and support internal and external audits.
- Handle brokerage commissions and project accounting, where applicable.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE regulations.
